Clean the surface of steel components foreign body and rust, metal surface treatment of oil, to rust Standard ST2
 
Rust primer repair
Brush or spray twice with water-based or oily rust-proof primer to repair surface rust-proof steel components
Lanling inorganic zinc-rich primer or BA-601D water-based primer
Fire paint construction
Modulation to the appropriate construction viscosity, spraying or brushing the way of construction, control the thickness of each coating to prevent cracking, after a period of time before coating, until the specified thickness

Construction Conditions:
1, the construction environment temperature is 5-40 ℃, the substrate temperature is 5-45 ℃, the air relative humidity is not more than 90%;
2, Maintain air circulation at construction site with wind speed no more than 5m / s, and should not be used for construction when outdoor work or construction components dew condensation;
